Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! We ship to all countries.
Q. How much is shipping usually?
A. Obviously, it depends on several factors, including what you order and where you live. Typically, shipping within the US is $4-6. International shipping can be anywhere from $6 to $20.
Q. When can I expect my order to be shipped?
A. We usually ship once a week. If you do not get a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days (M-F; our post office here is not open at all on weekends) of ordering, please feel free to email us.
Q. Do you have any feedback listed?
A. Yes, Danielle has feedback on livejournal here and here and on ebay here - all amount to almost 100 positive feedback left (with 100% positive feedback), so you can be assured in your purchase!

Q. Do you take requests?
A. We do not function as a shopping service, so we do not take specific orders. However, we are always taking suggestions on what to stock next!
Q. What kind of things can I suggest?
A. There a few criteria that need to be met for a suggestion to be considered:
1- There needs to be a physical store in the Osaka area; we do not buy things online.
2- The item needs to be less than 1500 yen.
3- The item should fit within the aesthetic of MKC. We prefer not to stock anime/manga/video game merchandise.
Q. When will your next update be?
A. Updates are generally every 8 weeks or so. We try to clear out as much as our stock as possible before adding new stock.
Q. Do you ever have sales?
A. Yes, we occasionally slash prices in order to get rid of older stock. In addition, we often post exclusive deals on our Tumblr for our followers!
